These Driver Terms of Service ("Driver Terms") govern your participation as a driver for MinnDrive, LLC ("MinnDrive," "we," "us") using the TripCoreX Driver app and related services. By accepting these Driver Terms through the driver app you agree to be bound by them.
To drive with MinnDrive you must:
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of MinnDrive. You retain the right to set your own schedule and accept or decline trip assignments consistent with MinnDrive policies. Nothing in these Driver Terms creates an employment relationship.
MinnDrive remits your share of completed trip fares, less the applicable platform commission and any agreed adjustments (tolls, wait time, tips as applicable), on the payout schedule shown in the driver app or communicated by dispatch. Commission rates and payout timing may change with advance notice through the app or email.
Chargebacks, fraudulent trips, or rider disputes may result in adjustments to amounts owed. MinnDrive will communicate material adjustments and provide supporting detail when reasonably available.
MinnDrive may suspend or permanently deactivate your account for safety violations, policy breaches, fraudulent activity, or failure to maintain required documentation. Where required by applicable law, MinnDrive will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time (subject to unfinished trips and legal retention).
You are responsible for maintaining personal auto insurance that meets MinnDrive's minimum requirements and applicable law. MinnDrive may carry commercial coverage that applies during certain active trip periods; ask dispatch for the current certificate summary. Insurance gaps between personal and commercial policies are your responsibility unless MinnDrive expressly states otherwise in writing.
Your use of the driver app is also governed by the MinnDrive Driver Privacy Policy. Location, trip, earnings, and other data collected through the platform are used to provide and improve the service, ensure safety, and fulfill legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MinnDrive's aggregate liability to you arising from or related to these Driver Terms is limited to the amounts paid to you by MinnDrive in the three (3) months preceding the claim. MinnDrive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Driver Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and MinnDrive agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution before filing a claim. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless both parties agree in writing to arbitration.
MinnDrive may update these Driver Terms. When we do, we will update the version date above and prompt you to review and re-accept through the driver app. Continued use of the platform after acceptance constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
